Back office agent

Reeham Coffee is growing rapidly and needs a friendly colleague (m/f/d/x) for a part-time or full-time position as an office specialist as soon as possible. You will support us in the Berlin office for general office management.

Tasks

  • Subcontracting (prepare invoices, delivery bills, contract documents)
  • Document Management
  • Telephone answering and ticket handling for contact requests
  • Customer service 
  • Create duty rosters
  • General back office activities
  • B2B inquiries processing , for catering, offices, retail and wholesale trade

Your qualifications

  • Organizational skills and reliability
  • structured and independent work
  • confident handling of MS Office
  • safe handling of computers
  • Strong communication skills and customer focused
    Thinking and acting
  • solid communication skills in German and English
