Reeham Coffee is growing rapidly and needs a friendly colleague (m/f/d/x) for a part-time or full-time position as an office specialist as soon as possible. You will support us in the Berlin office for general office management.
Tasks
- Personnel management (drawing up duty rosters, conducting personnel and job interviews)
- Preparation for the tax consultant (bookkeeping, annual financial statements, document management)
- Assistance for management (invoices, delivery bills, general back office activities, organization of business trips)
- Telephone answering for contact requests, customer service
- Process B2B inquiries, for restaurants/hotels, offices, retail and wholesale
- Merchandise management (online order placement, inventory maintenance)
Your qualifications
- Reliability and organizational skills

- Confident handling of MS Office and computers
- Strong communication skills and customer focused

- Solid communication skills in German and English
