Tasks
- Subcontracting (prepare invoices, delivery bills, contract documents)
- Document Management
- Telephone answering and ticket handling for contact requests
- Customer service
- Drawing up duty rosters, conducting interviews
- General back office activities
- B2B inquiries processing , for catering, offices, retail and wholesale trade
