You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by mail to Reeham Digital GmbH, Schl\u00fcterstra\u00dfe 12, 10625 Berlin).<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2. consequences of the revocation<\/strong><\/h2> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract to:<\/p>\n

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.<\/p>\n

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, Contracts with customer-specific individually manufactured goods that are not prefabricated.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

4. handling of the revocation and costs of the return shipment<\/strong><\/h2> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In order to facilitate the processing of the revocation according to point 3, the buyer is requested to provide the following information with the revocation declaration, if possible:<\/p>\n

i) the name of the customer<\/p>\n

ii) the date of the order<\/p>\n

iii) the products that he wants to return<\/p>\n

The above notifications are not a prerequisite for the processing of the revocation of the buyer.<\/p>\n

We bear the costs for returns of goods from Germany, provided that the return label provided by Reeham Digital GmbH was used.<\/p>\n

If the return label provided by Reeham Digital GmbH is not used, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
