The delivery address, the home address and the billing address do not have to be identical.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of payment on account and in other cases where there is a justified reason, the Provider shall check and evaluate the data provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Certain payment methods can be excluded by the provider in individual cases.<\/p>\n<p>(3) The Customer is not allowed to pay for the goods by sending cash or checks.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Should the Customer choose an online payment method, the Customer thereby authorizes the Provider to collect the amounts due at the time of the order.<\/p>\n<p>(5) In case of payment in advance, the Customer shall transfer the invoice amount to the account of the Provider within five calendar days after receipt of the order. The purpose of the complaint is that the supplier can assert his own claims against the carrier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div class=\"module module-text tb_7z11208\">\n<div class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n<h2><strong>\u00a7 11 Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div class=\"module module-text tb_13rd122\">\n<div class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n<p>(1) The customer's warranty rights shall be governed by the general statutory provisions, unless otherwise provided below.<\/p>\n<p>(2) With respect to entrepreneurs, the limitation period shall be 1 year for newly manufactured items and 1 year for used items.<\/p>\n<p>(3) The above shortening of the limitation periods shall not apply to claims for damages of the customer due to injury to life, body, health and to claims for damages due to a breach of essential contractual obligations.
